It is so important to listen to your body.  When it tells you “I’m hungry”, eat .  It is this nutritionist’s opinion you don’t eat if you are not hungry.  A good juice smoothy is the perfect food in the morning.  Remember during your sleep period your body has been dumping toxins, free radicals and carcinogens.   Your body may continue to do so in the morning even after you get out of bed.  Exercise is a good option before breakfast or brunch.

There were a lot of considerations needed from previous studies on children that performed better after eating breakfast.

Have you ever noticed that your mind is sharper in the morning?!  Usually that is before breakfast.  Some have said that you will  have weight issues if you miss breakfast.  I debate that.  I also believe your last meal should be around 4 PM and not at night.  Sleep is sweeter and energy is maintained.  Of course the most important factor is what you are putting into your body.  Is it god made foods or man made foods?? does it have the fiber to flush excess fat and toxins??
