The retreat is located in El Cajon, California in the county of San Diego.
The fasting retreat is led by Millan Chessman (Pioneer).
She has 42 years experience (Pioneer), author, lecturer, licensed aerobics instructor and Zumba. Health Consultant Specializing in the Field of Internal Cleansing/Fasting and weight loss.
She has a BS, Certified Colon Hydro Therapist. Also Millan is the author of 3 books, “Cleanse Internally to Become Younger“, “Fast, Fat, Flush” and “Vegetarian Delights“, a 185 page cookbook. She is an Instructor of Colon Hydrotherapy and Nutritional Consultant.
