Why are fasting and cleansing important?

I believe the main purpose for a fast is to detox and cleanse your body from the toxins, poisons, chemicals, free radicals that build up throughout the year.  The toxins, poisons, and free radicals tear down your immune system resulting in sickness and disease; such as cancer, heart disease etc. There is one new disease discovered each year in the world.

Internal Cleansing

There are many components to internal cleansing. The most important is cleansing the digestive system; taking cleansing herbs, modification of the diet sauna, colon hydrotherapy,  and drinking organic juices are the very best way to obtain optimum health. Who needs to cleanse? Everyone, especially those that eat a standard American diet (SAD).

So many times I have seen people take cleansing herbs or fast and their bowel, and digestive system come to a standstill. Impurities can stay lodged in the body and do not freely expel. That is where colon hydrotherapy is so very beneficial.
