Causes of Illness and Disease

The biggest cause of illness and disease, in my humble opinion, are what you are putting into your body and the accumulation of toxins, poisons, free radicals, carcinogens,  chemicals, additives and preservatives.  Of course the reason we have these substances in our bodies is mostly because of what we eat.  So often people claim they eat healthy, but when they detail their diet intake, it is shocking and they think they eat healthy.  I blame this on professionals that are advising them and they simply do not know.
