There are so many benefits to fasting. There are many diseases that have been healed from fasting, diseases such as schizophrenia, Parkinson’s, gonorrhea, syphilis, MS, cancer, and diabetes, just to name a few. I don’t know of one disease that has not been remedied with a fast. Most people that have fasted stated that they had more energy, vitality, and clarity of mind, felt stronger, and looked younger after they completed their fast. How do you determine optimum health? By how you look and how you feel!
I teach Zumba (now called dance aerobics) and practice every day except Sunday for 30-45 minutes every day and have been for 14 years. Periodically I experience vertigo. When that happens I immediately go on a 6-7 day fast and on day 3 of my fast the vertigo is completely gone. I think vertigo may be a result of all of the spinning and turning I do in my dance aerobics class and I am 84 years old. So I have absolutely no health insurance because if I ever became ill or out of sorts I simply start a water/master cleanse fast and my issues are completely resolved. This is my medical health insurance. Bottom line fasting really can resolve all health conditions. I just read recently of a person that was underweight and went on a fast and actually gained weight. I personally had a client that stayed at my fasting retreat and she was way underweight. In 3 days she started to look fuller and healthier. Amazing!
