September 30, 2019We hear frequently in our mainstream media about the importance of eating breakfast.
I totally disagree. Studies now show those that do not eat until noon eat less and ultimately lose weight. This is great news for most of us who want to lose weight. I say you can never be too thin or too young. (Ha)
I have found that when one eats a breakfast each morning they can become sluggish and slow thinking; Brain fog. Not eating will enable the body to have more energy (yes really) and the mind will be sharp. I drink a quart of variety of green juice smoothies in the AM. This gives me so much energy to teach my Zumba aerobics class even at age 80.
Just remember to rotate your greens and add 8-9 dates for sweetener and nutrition. Dates do not raise blood glucose.
