Filling plant-based meals

It is so very interesting to hear about so many unhealthy folks discussing the negativity of food choices such as bread and dairy and very understandable. Symptoms are very real!

My question is why don’t you hear about the very real and dangerous effects of animal products such as chicken, eggs, fish and other animal products, not to mention the addiction.

I believe the MDs, themselves indulge in these food choices and really cannot and do not advise patients to eat total plant food diet. So what happens? Many folks know that animal products are detrimental so they indulge in smaller quantities and increase antioxidant foods such as fruits and veggies. I see, unfortunately their sickness and disease just continues and there is the BIG MYSTERY??? WHY?

I challenge those with health issues to do a total plant base diet, eating ONLY fruits, veggies, grains, raw nuts and seeds and do a daily routine of cardio if only for 10-15 minutes. FOR 21 DAYS, only 3 weeks. Then see what happens!!
