I hear at the gym with trainers all the time stating  you must eat meat for the protein. All protein comes from plant.  It is not necessary to eat animal tissue in order to get protein.  Greens, grains and veggies are loaded with protein.

Human milk has the  lowest protein content.  All herbivores eat plant and they are some of the largest animals on the planet.  Those on Paleo diet are setting themselves up  for heart disease, diabetes, cholesterol and arthritis.

You do not need dead meat bacterial toxins in your body. A p tree dish with cancer cells showed 72% suppression of cancer cells with plant placed in it.  I have not eaten animal products except for raw organic goats milk for 28 years and am in excellent health, do Zumba 6 days a week and take no prescription drugs.  I am almost 80 years old.
