I have a 4 year old Grandson (the apple of my eye). He went to his pediatrician for check up and the nurse said “this blood work is the best I have ever seen in a child.”
He has very special parents and they are careful what they give him to eat. He has never eaten animal products, including eggs, chicken and fish. They do give him a little cheese.
The M.D. counseled my daughter and said “he needs to eat some eggs”. Go figure! I know one thing about M.D’s in general – they know very little about nutrition. They get 1 -2 hours of nutrition classes in medical school.
I say to that; SHOW ME THE STUDIES that show eggs improve health. I’m talking impartial double blind studies! Not something from the cattle industry, dairy counsel or egg industry.
